Dory's Christmas List

Oh to be 9 years old again....and think the world is your oyster. Your parents have an endless supply of money and Santa lives exclusively for you. All pictures come from the Toys R Us catalog. Dory is stuck between a little girl and a grown women. She still plays with Barbies and Polly Pockets but walks around ignoring us all when she has her MP3 players on. In case the pictures are too small let me just tell you a couple of things on this list.
Project Runway silk screen kit $ 24.99 (she wants to design clothes when she grows up)
Asus Netbook $ 249.99
iHome Clock Radio $ 99.99
Sony Reader $ 199.99
Barbie 3 story Dream House $ 99.99 - Save $ 50.00!!
Designer Guitar $ 29.99 (she already has a pink guitar)
DSi $ 169.99
7 Disney movies @ 24.99/movie = $ 174.93
iPhone $ Priceless ....no seriously there is not a price listed!
So let me back up a little. When our kids were little like 1 and 3 we decided to ask Santa to bring them each one present. One year he got drums and she got a guitar. One year we (whole family) got plane tickets to fly to Disney for Christmas. Last year we (whole family) got a Wii. Then Mr. Fish and I buy them each something from us. This is our first year with 3 kids really since last year all Nemo did was lay there and poo. It makes me nervous for Santa. Will Santa pick just the right present at just the right price? Will the kids be excited by Santa's gifts? They are getting older and asking for more expensive things that Santa may/may not be able to afford. Here's to the magic of Christmas being enough for all of us this year!

HA...does she even know what a Sony Reader is?

And she knows Santa doesn't come if you sass your mom, right? :-P

Just think...there are kids - no matter how good they have been - who will get nothing from Santa. Now, that is something to think about. Give until it hurts.
